Still doing crystallography?

I was repeatedly asked, "Still doing crystallography?" One week of work yielded this beautifully bound drug molecule. Please remember to choose the right tool for the task - don't get indoctrinated. Structural biology techniques are not interchangeable, each has its own scope and strengths.
I have often encountered academic research groups, that look for scientific questions based on the technique that they comfortable to use. During my PhD and PostDoc I often needed a new technique to learn in order to answer a question. It is sad that research group leaders often stop doing this.
